Do each exercise for 12-15 reps. Set a timer for 10 minutes and do each set as many times as you can for that time.
Body Weight Workout

– Squat
– Jump lunges
– Plank to side plank
– Bicycles
Set #2:
– Reverse Lunges
– Push ups
– Jump Squats
– Forearm to hand plank
