Workout On The Go, No Excuses Just Results !!!

If you are traveling a lot this summer and don’t think you have time or the equipment to get in a good quick workout. Here is a great workout that requires no equipment just a little floor space!!

Do each exercise for 12-15 reps. Set a timer for 10 minutes and do each set as many times as you can for that time.

Body Weight Workout
Set #1:

– Squat

– Jump lunges

– Plank to side plank

– Bicycles

Set #2:

– Reverse Lunges

– Push ups

– Jump Squats

– Forearm to hand plank
