Some of the healthiest foods are loaded with fat and calories and can be a great choice when keeping an eye on serving size.

– Dark Chocolate- Chocolate is loaded with antioxidants but too much of a good thing can be high in calories and leave you wired from the caffeine. Stick to one square or one once a day.

– Coconut Oil- has been proven to have great benefits for skin and hair but it can be loaded with fat and calories. Stick to 1-2 tablespoons of this saturated oil.

Red Wine- Red wine contains the antioxidant resveratrol that can help combat heart disease, but too much of a good thing can lead to a bad thing. Too much alcohol can raise blood sugar and cause weight gain. Stick to 1 small glass of red wine a day.

Nuts- nuts are a great snack that contains large amounts of vitamins but they can also contain a large amount of fats. Limit your intake of nuts to about 1/2 cup a day.

Coffee- it can be a great morning pick me up or an energy booster before hitting the gym but too much caffeine can cause jitters.
