When you cheat and have ice cream before bed instead of fish, the best thing to do is start again. Only the most persistent people achieve the body they want, so don’t give up. Everybody cheats, but the people that correct their mistake and get right back up on the saddle are the ones that succeed in the end. The worst thing you can do is yo-yo diet, in other words, cheating often. Also, giving up completely will probably result in eating everything that you were denied during your healthy diet. CHIPS, COOKIES, PASTA, MCDONALDS, and ICE CREAM will all turn into fat FAST because your metabolism will be slowed from your diet (tell that to your appetite). When you give up, you end up further away from the body you want than when you started.
