Working out more than 5 days a week ESPECIALLY for someone who hasn’t been doing so thus far is too much. Instead, build up to that. Start with 3 times a week at 45-60 minutes per workout.
Make time for yourself but don’t over-do it all at once because that will set you up for failure.
