Tips to Make it a Healthy Weekend

Hit up a farmers market. This is a great time to get out there and hit up a local farmers market and get fresh and healthy local produce.

Fill up on fresh fruit. There are so many great summer fruits that are in season right now like berries and melons, yum!!

Dress up your water. Add fresh lemon, orange, or berries slices into your water to mix up the flavors of plain old water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Get outside and play! Take advantage of the summer months and get outside and be active. Play a sport, take a bike ride, take a swim in the pool, whatever you enjoy to do just go out and do it!
