Tighten The Inner Thigh And Glutes With These Exercises!

Ladies, how many times have you been embarrassed to put on shorts or your swim suit because of your so-called “thunder thighs”? Well look no further, as it is possible to tone up your inner thighs and show off the sexy new you in shorts.

Here are a few exercises you can use to work this difficult area:

1. Ball Leg Lifts – Lie on the floor with an exercise ball between your feet. Rest your head on your hands. Lift the ball slowly using only your hips and butt. Return to the starting position. Repeat 12 times.

2. Leg Lifts – Lie on the floor supporting your head with your hands. Bring one leg over the front of the other leg and cross, keeping that leg bent. Bend the bottom leg up as you exhale and then inhale as you lower. Repeat 12 times.

3. Squeezing Bridge – Lie on the floor with your hands by your side. Bend your legs. Feet are hip distance apart with a pillow between the knees. Push up into the bridge position, then squeeze your pillow 15 times.

Do each of these moves, repeating for 3 rounds. Your inner thighs will get a great workout.
