Try this circuit workout to make you strong like bull!

(Remember to consult your physician before starting any exercise routine)

3 Minute Warm Up (jumping jacks 1 minute, high knees 1 minute, jog 1 minute)

Perform Each Exercise for 30 Seconds:

– Squats

– Push Ups

– Lunges(15 seconds each leg)

– Burpees

– Plank with Rotation

– Mountain Climbers

– Tricep Dips (on floor or off bench)

-Lateral Shuffle (side to side)

(Repeat Circuit 2-3 times)

Cool down & Stretch.
