Sweet Potatoes- They have a yellowish or orange flesh and it’s thin skin is usually white, brown or yellow. It can be shaped like a round potato or can be longer with tapered ends. Sweet potatoes are high in anti oxidants and anti inflammatory and is low on the glycemic index.Sweet potato can be eaten right out of the oven or microwave or can be mashed into sweet potato pie.
