Today is a great day to perform a workout from home. This entire workout is based on calisthenics (bodyweight exercises). We will be taking a 30-45 second break in between each exercise.
50 Squats
12 Pushups
30 in place lunges
12 Pushups
30sec of high knees
12 Pushups
15 One-legged Burpees
Plank (to failure)
Perform 2-3 sets of this circuit for a complete workout. Drink plenty of water. If you have any questions, feel free to post them here and we will help as needed!
