Scott started training with us mid December, about 7 months ago. He and his wife Sharon had bought a Groupon to ‘try’ working out. I don’t know why, but the first time Scott worked out I told Sharon that I liked her husband lol. Now she makes fun of it and calls it a bromance. I just couldn’t help but befriend such a determined individual. As soon as he and Sharon became members, I started seeing them sometimes twice a day, sometimes for 2-3 hours at a time.

The guy comes in and trains his ass off every day, sweats like he just took a shower, and continues to watch his body change with each training session. We’re talking about a guy that used to not get up off the couch, let alone with a barbell on his back lol! That’s also why Scott won our Skinny Jeans Challenge a few months ago by dropping almost 4 jean sizes in 8 weeks!

When the Summer Transformation Challenge came around, he changed his body yet again in that 8 week period. It’s something to really take a look at, his results stand for themselves. It goes to show you that anyone can change their body by changing what you eat and training the way you were meant to.

Scott, I’m EXTREMELY proud of the progress you’ve made and it again reminds me of why I do what I do. If everyone had the nonstop drive you have, America would be fit! Never stop my friend :)!

Also! There is a new perk to earning Beast of the Month… music choice selection. That’s right, the Beast of the Month will select the workout station we play when they come into train. A little something extra for us all to strive for 😉
