Pumpkin Recipes! It is that time of year, a lot of people’s favorite season due to how much festive food we can make! Here are two recipes if you like fall, you will really enjoy!!

Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

-1/3 cup canned pumpkin

-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

-1/2 frozen banana

-8 oz almond milk

-1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve. Garnish with cinnamon.

Pumpkin Protein Pancake

-1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal

-5 egg whites

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/3 cup canned pumpkin

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Blend it up till it makes a batter and then cook in a frying pan.
