Protein pancakes
What you will need :
10 egg whites+ 1 Scoop of chocolate protein(or your choice) + 1 cup of oats + one banana or cup of raisins + dash of cinnamon and a dash of sweetener.
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and pour into a HOT skillet, wait for the mixture to bubble then flip… you can make them as small as you want and make more.
