Incorporate Power Training Into Your Workouts
Here’s a great way to stimulate your muscles and make them fire til sore all over again. Let’s say you perform a regular set of squats and you want to add that little extra to it. Add an immediate superset of jump squats right after. Because power involves moving a designated weight as quickly as possible, holding a light pair of dumbbells and performing the exercise quickly will best fatigue that muscle.
