He got into fitness when he was 15 years old. Many people fall into the fitness field by choice, but for George it was different. As a child, he had grown up on medications due to severe migraine headaches. These medications made him gain a tremendous amount of weight, which put him in the same category with so many of the overweight Americans we have in New Jersey. After years of studying Judo as a child and then quitting, he realized it was time to start exercising again; it was time for a drastic change. George was constantly torn between wanting to train for weight loss, then purposes in strength training, and now strictly for bodybuilding. Training in those areas allowed him to acquire vast knowledge in many conditioning fields. After re-sculpting his own body, George moved to working with a large group of people that have gone through or are experiencing now what he had overcome. George claims, “This is why I love what I do now and am passionate in helping anyone willing.”
Having a passion for fitness at a young age, Max began exercising when he was 14 years old. Max says, “I naturally fell in love with training and haven’t stopped since.” The day he turned 18 years old, he acquired his first personal training certification from ACE. Almost simultaneously he began personal training at a local gym. There, he had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and successful trainers and fitness guru’s in the industry. After breaking two personal training records, and impacting the lives of thousands of people, Max chose to finish his education at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Meanwhile, he explored a different arena of the fitness industry…personal training. Over time Max had worked with enough clients and gained enough experience that allowed him to do something different: personal training with Gravity Training Zone. Late in 2011 Max also began training in the disciplines of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, muay thai, and wrestling. This added a completely different aspect to his training, knowledge, and skill set. Combining these new skills along with acquired experience in resistance training helped Max develop a formula for fitness success to be attainable by anyone. Starting out in the fitness field has carried him to new career paths, not only as a personal trainer but currently as a professional fitness model.

Jimmy has been in the industry since 1998 as both a personal trainer and personal training manager. Jimmy came to Gravity Training Zone because of the “culture of caring” that he has been looking to work around for years. “I believe that your workouts should be safe, fun and effective while also being educational and empowering. But truthfully, there needs to be an emphasis on FUN. If it’s fun you’ll stick with it and reach your goals faster.” Jimmy’s areas of expertise include weight loss, performance enhancement, corrective exercise, hypertrophy/strength endurance training and when appropriate, post-rehab fitness. Jimmy does not believe in focusing on the past failures but focusing on future successes through hard work and a clear vision of the end goal ALWAYS firmly in mind. “One of the major inspirations of my career has been the saying: “Why dwell on the past, when I dream of the things I’ve yet to see.” As a National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT, PES, and CES, Jimmy will put his years of experience, passion and professionalism to work for you.
