Outside Training

Why is it beneficial? There are many exercises that you perform outside, which cannot be replicated in a gym. A perfect example would be performing exercises that involve tossing a medicine ball around. When you’re indoors, you are confined to that space whereas throwing a medicine ball in the space of an open park will work much better.

Performing anaerobic exercises outside are also more challenging because of the terrain. Mountain climbers, sprawls, burpees, and running would all be slightly harder given the benefit of outdoor training.

Not to mention the fact that you’ll get fresh air while you’re out there. Exercising in sand is a whole other topic…
If the weather permits…go outside and beat the dirt up!
