Peripheral Heart Action Training

This is a type of training that may very well burn the most amount of body fat. Here’s why:

When you work muscles that are on opposite sides of the body directly after each other, the heart must work harder to use the blood. An example would be to first do a set of squats for your legs and then move on to doing a set of chest presses. The heart must push blood into the muscles of the legs in order to perform the exercise. It must then draw much of that blood FROM your legs and INTO your chest muscles in order to now perform that exercise. This will leave you gasping for air. This will also help lower your lactic acid build up because you are not allowing as much time for you muscles to fill with them

Train your chest and back together. Train your bi’s and tri’s together. Train your shoulders and lats together. Mix it up.
