movements. An example would be to perform a set of leg presses followed by a set of chest presses. Doing this example would first make your body pump necessary blood into the leg muscles, then have to pull it back and into the chest muscles. Exercising like this makes your heart rate sky rocket like crazy, and jump starts your metabolism to new heights.This works off of the similar principle of compound training, which is fancy talk for using multiple muscles in an exercise movement. Performing a lower body movement (which already incorporates multiple muscles) followed by an upper body movement will get you burning a much higher calorie amount.
