One of the biggest neglected muscles is the lower back. Most of our NJ clients complain from injuries they’ve sustained to the L3 and L4 in their lumbar region. Injuries like that never fully heal; even with surgery. Here’s a few examples of good exercises you can do for your lower back.

Hyper Extensions

Depending on your fitness level, starting with one might be a better option before moving on to something harder such as Deadllifts. Strengthening the fascia in the lower back can increase your overall performance levels and decrease your risk of injury. In both cases, this will greatly aid you in your weight loss and fat loss.
