Post framed motivational sayings on your walls around the house. A nice place is in the bathroom so every morning when you wake up you are reminded to stay positive before the stress of the day.
Post a Calendar or white board in kitchen to include weekly workouts. Be specific about what your workout will be, and change your workouts every 2 weeks so you don’t get bored.
Clear the clutter: Get rid of junk mail in the kitchen, extra tupper ware in the cabinets, and anything else around the house that does not belong where it is. Clutter causes stress, anxiety, and can waste time when looking for things around the house.
Give Your Fridge a makeover: Clean out everything from the fridge!! Get rid of items you have not used in months and fill with fresh lemon water, yogurt, fruits and veggies. Cut up veggies to have them ready to grab for a quick snack on the go.
