You can make things like ketchup, tartar sauce or horseradish sauce in bulk. These recipes are usually rather easy, and take little time. Try making one to two sauces per weekend, and canning or freezing them as appropriate.

Doing this also allows you to eat healthy but happy! Eating clean can be fun, you will always be learning and uncovering more delicious healthy ideas!

You Will Need:
1 (6-ounce) can or jar tomato paste, (recipe for Homemade “Canned” Tomato Paste)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher or sea salt to taste
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons mild molasses, (honey is optional), more or less to taste
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar, optional white wine vinegar
1⁄4 cup water
