Late Night Munchin’

Let’s get real, we all love to treat ourselves at night. Maybe it’s because we had a long day at work or maybe you weren’t able to eat during the day. Below is some short info on Rice Cakes, which make an awesome snack!

Rice are good in that they are made from dried whole grain rice. The ‘thins’ pictured below have only 4g of carbs per piece, are filling, and have no additives or sugars. Combine them with a little peanut butter or eat them plain when you crave a treat at night. They do also make sugar free jams and spreads which you can accompany this snack with. Although sugar free products are rich in aspartame, which isn’t good for you, it is better than having junk food, chips, candy, and deserts ESPECIALLY at night.
