MEDITERRANEAN LAYER DIP
2 cup hummus
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
1/4 cup diced black olives
1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
1/4 cup crumbled feta
Spread hummus across the bottom of a shallow dip. Layer the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and roasted red peppers and top with crumbled feta.
Serve with fresh vegetables or pita chips.
BACON WRAPPED FIGS
12 fresh figs
6 pieces of bacon
Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around each fig.
Place figs on baking sheet and bake until bacon is crispy and hot.
