This recipe isn’t only delicious, it’s healthy! I am so excited about this because I know when you are dieting or eating clean you can feel very helpless and deprived. You must know there are always healthier ways to make what you crave. This is just a healthy way to make delicious salsa. If you would like something to dip it with use ezekiel wraps. What you do with the ezekiel wrap is you put it in the oven and bake it, once baked you cut it and use it as chips! Can’t get much better then that, enjoy! 🙂
Dietary Tip : Store-bought salsa can have as much as 400 milligrams (mg) of sodium in 1/4 cup. This thick vegetable salsa has much less sodium — 150 mg in 1/2 cup. If you prefer hotter salsa, add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno peppers.
