Healthy Power Breakfast Parfait

Power Breakfast Parfait Recipe:

– 1/2 cup cooked Quiona

– 1/2 cup blueberries and strawberries slices

– 1/2 kiwi cut into 1/4 inch slices

– 1 cup plain green yogurt or coconut yogurt

– 1 teaspoon shredded coconut

In a glass layer as follows 1/4 cup cooked quiona, fruit, and 1/2 cup yogurt and repeat. Top with coconut. Serve chilled.
