2 Heaping Tablespoons of Blueberries
1/4 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter
1 tsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Blend 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1 tsp coconut butter and place in the bottom of 3 silicone cupcake molds. Seperately blend blueberries and strawberries. Place on top of cottage cheese coconut mixture. Sprinkle unsweetened coconut flakes on top. Freeze for a couple of hours. Take out 5 to 10 minutes before eating to soften and enjoy!!!! 🙂
