Healthy & Delicous Pomegranate Salad Recipe

Pomegranate Salad

What you will need :

1 cup kale, chopped

1/2 cup carrots, shredded

1/2 cup cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup red onions, chopped

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup pomegranate juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions :

In a small bowl whisk together the pomegranate juice, honey, vinegar and lemon juice. In a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour the pomegranate juice mixture over the salad mixture and toss until well coated. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
