– 1 cup crabmeat

– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

– 2 large tomatoes

In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, crabmeat, oil, and vinegar. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices. Serve the crabmeat salad atop the tomato slices.
