Healthy Chickpea Bites!
What you will need :
-2 cups cooked chickpeas 1/4 cup of olive oil
-1 tablespoon cumin
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Rinse and drain chickpeas on place on a dishtowel until they are dry.
In a bowl combine chickpeas, olive oil, and cumin until chickpeas are fully coated.
Spread the chickpeas on a cookie sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until crunchy. Be careful not to burn the chickpeas.
