Happy Fall !!! Hope everyone is enjoying this nice cool weather!! I am emailing everyone regarding some new and exciting changes that have been made to the boot camp schedule!

As of THIS UPCOMING MONDAY September 30th there will now be the following times and classes added to the weekly schedule:

Mondays: 7:30pm PHA (Lower Body) Read Below for description

Fridays: 6:00am Rapid Fat Loss

Saturdays: 9:00am TRX & Kettlebells
Saturdays: 10pm Rapid Fat Loss

About PHA(Lower Body) – This training style works muscle groups of different extremities to keep blood pumping throughout the body and burn fat much faster. By combining back to back exercises, you will burn many more calories in your workouts. Also, the heart must work that much harder to pull the blood from one extremity and now push it into another. These training tactics help the body burn fat at an unbelievably fast pace while still increasing muscular strength and size.
