Eat the whole egg. Believe it or not but the majority of the egg’s nutrients are in the yolk. Also, your body absorbs the protein in the egg whites BETTER when the entire egg is consumed. For those of you that think you’ll get fatter from eating the yolks; YOUR WRONG. Egg yolks come with good cholesterol; omega 3 fats; and an almost complete amino acid chain in its protein composition. What this means to you is that eggs will help with speeding up your metabolism and help with metabolizing the bad fats.
A perfect omelet would be 2 whole eggs and about 4-5 egg whites. Liquid egg whites work well too!
