BLACK BEAN SALAD
What you will need :
1 oz brags amino acid
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp basil, fresh, chopped
1 Tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 medium fresh tomato, chopped
1 cup kidney beans (cooked)
1 cup black beans (cooked)
1 medium uncooked scallions, sliced
Combine brags, vinegar, basil and cilantro in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, scallions; toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Yields about 1 cup per serving.
