Delicious & Healthy Carrot Slaw

Broccoli-Carrot-Raisin-Slaw


What you will need :

1 pound carrots, peeled and grated

1 cup cabbage, chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup walnuts

1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

1 teaspoon cilantro

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate. Season with salt, pepper and honey. Serve chilled.
