Changing the rest time between sets can greatly add to your workout routine. A lot of us have a certain comfort level when working out and we tend to stick to it.
Looking at tips that concentrate on building your body, tell you to rest 45 seconds to a minute. If you read about strength training, it’ll say to rest 2-3 minutes. Changing between the two along with other variations such as “go every 30 seconds” will enable you to use different poundages in your exercises along with shocking the respiratory system.
Change your rest intervals from week to week and see the results grow!
