Change The Exercises You Do Each Week

Easy right? In the past, many of our in home clientele believe that you ‘MUST’ stick to certain exercises and never change them. For example: the bench press. If you look all over the internet, websites will tell you to never take that exercise out because ‘it builds the most muscle’.

We all know that the truth is that we have to simply make the muscles fire in a new way so that you are left sore the next day. That, along with breaking

the muscle down will enable muscle growth and thus weight loss! Changing it up to performing EVEN ONE new exercise each time you work a certain body part will enable you to receive ongoing results.
