What body part do men want to improve on the most?
Then I realized that the answer was very simple. In fact,
it was pretty uniform all across the board.
People want abs. DUH!
This thought made me cringe

giving away the truth can really change your
views, your mind, even your beliefs!

Stop doing abs! It really is as simple as that.
