1.Get rid of leftovers. Have food leftover from the weekend that may not be the healthiest choice? Throw it away or give away. Out of sight, out of mind.

5.Surround yourself with positive things. Interact with those who make you feel good, read uplifting books, and focus on the good. Staying positive and engaging in such an environment will decrease stress and in turn keep you happier and healthier.
