I know after the weekend we get a little sluggish on Monday’s so here’s a little something to get your body going !!
Monday: Do 20 Squats every time you go the bathroom. Yes, your co-workers may think you are crazy but just think of how many calories you will burn.
Tuesday: Stand up while talking on the phone. Every time you take a phone call do so standing up.
Wednesday: Text and give me 10! Every time a text message comes into your phone drop down and do 10 pushups. (you may quickly learn that you receive too many texts!)
Thursday: Lunge to the garbage. At home or work, anytime you have to throw something away lunge your way to the garbage can.
Friday: Email Jumping Jacks. Pick 3 times throughout your day 11:00am, 2:00pm, and 5pm and do Jumping Jacks for the amount of emails your received.
